What are top 7 New years resolutions?
New year brings motivation and commitment for US to create changes we had been wishing for. Its the best time to start prioritizing what we want from ourselves.
Lets begin with ONE day first, as to succeed in one year begins with a small baby step,just a day.

Well, i have come up with my 7 New year resolutions for the New year 2020
- GOALS
Yes! |
Setting GOALS comes first in my to do list.
Decide what is most important to you ,in work,in relationship and in health.
Give yourself a task in your daily life with a timeline.
Show some Love to your family. Like just hug all your family members and compliment them .
Sounds like a good resolution for New year 2020.
Family goals |
In health , do brisk walk or jog for 45 minutes once a day. Research shows Brisk walk and good mood co relation that after twenty five minutes of physical activity, our brain releases a feel GOOD hormone called Dopamine, once we have dopamine in us, we ll get answers to Why me? When ? of our Lives.So walk and run should be one of New year resolutions in 2020.

2.JOURNAL
Get focused on your life by journaling |
I didn't succeed in making changes in my daily life until I started journaling. I began writing down what i wanted to get done from myself in one day.
I started journaling by calling myself out:
Ayesha : Do this stuff today
Blog 10;40-11;40
Freelance 1 pm -3 pm
Learn new skill,software,online course : 9-12 am
And Trust me it felt like i am accountable to some one i love, who is guiding and helping ME.
IT changed ME,MY DAY,and eventually my LIFESTYLE.
3. MINDSET AND BEHAVIOUR

Just make some little tweaks in thoughts today, when a disturbing thought comes Replace it with some calming image,word or experience u had in past.Not only you ll heal from the unpleasant experience ,you ll be able to forget it.So, dont entertain bad thoughts.
Similarly, not wasting your energy and time in retaliating to people's negative behaviour will make you stronger.With little practice of being patient , you will be indifferent to their behaviour and be able to focus on your life.
These mindset changes will give you time to focus on your work and life.Also when you feel happy you SUCCEED more in what you do.So let Go of toxic thoughts and negative people.

4. Travel the World

Plan your travel NOW in the beginning of the new year. Book Air BNB ,cheap flight and itinerary three to six months before your travelling dates.It will save save lots of last minutes hassle.Travel light ; I have learned this from my travels in Asia and Europe.Everything is available there from clothing to suit cases and sometimes u get them cheap there.
